2026 ASCEND REGISTRATION FORM

Annual Requirements Overview

This form is intended for conference registration only. If you are not attending, please do not complete it. You may fulfill your requirements online through Quest CE without submitting this form.

• All representatives and certain assistants must complete securities CE annually by December 31. These requirements include:

  • Packerland CE – all representatives

  • FINRA Regulatory Element CE – all representatives

  • Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) CE – IARs in certain states only

• Packerland CE

  • Representatives can complete most Packerland requirements in person by attending ASCEND.

  • Remaining requirements must be completed online via Quest CE: https://learn.questce.com/packerlandbrokerage/

  • Attending ASCEND is not required—all requirements can be completed online.

  • If you attend ASCEND, completing CE onsite is optional. You may still complete requirements online.

• FINRA CE

  • The FINRA Regulatory Element CE is available now and is accessed through the FINRA Financial Professional website (aka FinPro): https://finpro.finra.org/  

• IAR CE

  • This is an annual 12-credit requirement for representatives registered for advisory business in certain states.

  • Complete the FINRA Regulatory Element first—it can be applied toward the 6-credit Products and Practices requirement.

  • The remaining 6 credits (Ethics) should be completed via Quest CE (available now).

Packerland CE Annual Requirements Summary (All representatives):

• Annual Compliance Meeting (available online and in person at ASCEND)

• Firm Element Part I / Anti-Money Laundering (available online and in person at ASCEND, with Part II)

• Firm Element Part II (topic TBD; available online and in person at ASCEND, with Part I/AML)

• Additional Firm Element TBD (online only)

• Annual Compliance Questionnaire (online only)

• More details will be shared in the fall.

ASCEND Schedule for Packerland Annual Requirements:

• Wednesday, October 7  |  8:15 AM: both Compliance and Firm Element/AML sessions

• Thursday, October 8  |  4:00 PM: both Compliance and Firm Element/AML sessions

• Advance selection required. A reminder of your course selection will be provided at the conference.

Annual Requirement Fees:

Registered Representatives

• Attending ASCEND? Discounted Annual Requirements Fee is: $125 (even if you complete all courses online - covers all Packerland requirements).

  • This is in addition to the $125 ASCEND Conference attendance price, making it a total of $250.

• Not Attending ASCEND? Full Annual Requirements Fee is: $275 (covers all Packerland requirements).

Investment Adviser Representatives (IAR)

• Attending ASCEND? Discounted Annual Requirements Fee is: $175 (even if you complete all courses online; includes IAR CE Ethics requirement).

  • This is in addition to the $125 ASCEND Conference attendance price, making it a total of $300.

• Not Attending ASCEND? Full Annual Requirements Fee is: $325 (includes IAR CE Ethics requirement).

Payment:

• Packerland pre-pays all Quest CE fees, so no upfront payment is required—just sign in and complete your coursework.

  • FINRA CE is available now through https://finpro.finra.org/

  • IAR Ethics CE courses are available now in your Quest CE account​ (reminder, complete FINRA CE first and apply the credits)

  • Packerland CE will be available after ASCEND. More information will be sent in the fall.

• Invoices for courses will be sent after ASCEND.

Select The Events You Will Attend at the ASCEND Conference

Rep Roundtable Discussions

If you are selecting to attend Rep Roundtable Discussions, please note rep participation is key—these are peer-driven discussions, not traditional breakout sessions.

Roundtable Discussions will take place immediately following lunch on Thursday, October 8 during Booth Time / Break. Please rank each topic below from 1–5 stars (5 = most interested, 1 = not interested). Participants will be assigned to discussions based on availability and topic preferences.

Plan to attend one or two discussions. If there is high interest in certain topics, additional discussions may be offered after lunch on both days of the conference. In that case, you may attend up to four discussions. Please rank topics accordingly (e.g., rank your top two choices 5, followed by your next two choices 4, and so on). If you rank a lot of fives, we will not know your favorite topics and you may not be assigned to those discussions then.
