Annual Requirements Overview
This form only applies to conference registration. Do not fill out this form if you are not attending the conference. You can fulfil your requirements online through Quest CE without submitting this form.
All Representatives and certain assistants must complete securities CE annually by December 31 . These requirements currently consist of:
Packerland CE – all representatives
FINRA Regulatory Element CE – all representatives
Investment Adviser Representative CE – IARs in certain states only
Packerland CE
Representatives can complete most of the Packerland requirements in person by attending ASCEND.
The remaining Packerland requirements must be completed online via Quest CE at https://learn.questce.com/packerlandbrokerage/
Attending ASCEND is NOT required—you can complete all requirements online if you prefer.
Even if you attend ASCEND, it is not mandatory to complete the requirements while there. You can still complete them online if you prefer.​
FINRA CE
The FINRA Regulatory Element CE, which is available today, is accessed through the FINRA Financial Professional website (aka FinPro), which can be accessed here https://finpro.finra.org/
IAR CE
This is an annual 12-credit requirement imposed on Representatives registered for advisory business in certain states.
The FINRA Regulatory Element should be completed first as it can be applied to the 6-credit Products and Practices portion of the IAR CE. The remaining 6 credits (ethics) should be completed via Quest CE. This is available today.

If selecting an "ONLY" option, you must complete the remaining required courses online.

Annual Requirement Fees:
Registered Representatives (RRs)
Attending ASCEND? Discounted fee: $125 (even if you complete all courses online - covers all Packerland requirements).
This is in addition to the ASCEND Conference attendance cost.
Not attending? Full fee: $250 (covers all Packerland requirements).
Investment Adviser Representatives (IARs)
Attending ASCEND? Discounted fee: $175 (even if you complete all courses online; includes IAR CE Ethics requirement).).
Not attending? Full fee: $300 (includes IAR CE Ethics requirement).
Payment:
Packerland pre-pays all Quest CE fees, so no upfront payment is required—just sign in and complete your coursework.
FINRA CE is available now through https://finpro.finra.org/
IAR Ethics CE courses are available now in your Quest CE account​ (reminder, complete FINRA CE first and apply the credits)
Packerland CE will be available after ASCEND. More information will be sent in the fall.
Invoices for courses will be sent after ASCEND.

Slow Roasted Cod – Served with baby red potatoes & basil pesto. Chicken Florentine – Sautéed chicken breast with spinach & herb cream sauce, served with golden rice pilaf. Boneless Beef Short Rib – Slow-roasted 8 oz. Angus beef short rib with mushroom cabernet demi-glaze, served with buttermilk chive mashed potatoes. Marinated Grilled Vegetables (Gluten-Free) – Herb vinaigrette-marinated and grilled zucchini, squash, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes & red onions, served with saffron white beans.
Awards Dinner & After Party Guests Conference attendees are welcome to bring one or more guests to our Awards Dinner & After Party for an additional $25 per guest.

Payment Options There are two convenient ways to pay for the 2025 ASCEND Conference:
Submitting Your Registration Once you’ve completed the form, click the green "Register" button below.
If you selected Credit Card as your payment option, you will be redirected to a new page after submitting your registration. Be sure to note the number of guests you're bringing, as you will need to provide that information during checkout.
The checkout page will request a shipping address, but nothing will be shipped to you.
You do not need to bring a ticket or receipt to the conference.
